Leeville is an underground gold mine and part of the Carlin Complex, owned and operated by Nevada Gold Mines LLC, a joint venture between Barrick Gold Corporation (61.5%) and Newmont Corporation (38.5%). Leeville is located in northeastern Nevada, approximately 15 kilometers northwest of the town of Carlin and 50 kilometers west-northwest of Elko.

Mining at Leeville started in 2005. Leeville utilizes two main mining methods for ore extraction, underhand drift-and-fill, and long-hole stoping. Gold mineralization in the Leeville complex is wholly-refractory. Leeville ore is processed at the Carlin Complex facilities which include roasters, autoclaves, and leach pads.
