Royal Gold, Inc. (on behalf of itself and its affiliates, “Royal Gold”) has become aware of recent fraudulent activities by certain individuals and groups purporting to be or to represent Royal Gold, targeting persons both within and outside of the United States. These fraudulent activities include offers of employment and offers to purchase or sell precious metals. These are scams intended to defraud unsuspecting victims.

Royal Gold would like members of the public to be advised of the following:

  • Royal Gold does not purchase precious metals directly from or sell precious metals to (or on behalf of) any individual, and Royal Gold has not engaged any third party to do so on its behalf. Any offer to purchase or sell precious metals from or on behalf of Royal Gold should be considered as potentially fraudulent even if using the Royal Gold name or logo.

  • Royal Gold has not engaged any outside individual or firm to make offers of employment on its behalf. Any offer of employment purporting to be from or on behalf of Royal Gold should be considered as potentially fraudulent even if using the Royal Gold name or logo.
